The Ceo along with all director's, executives, and Protokinetix as a company are all in the United States. Are you saying that the University of Alberta is whats bothering you?
If what your trying to say is correct than why would Clarence Smith invest almost 3 million of his money and work for nothing except a bonus if company sell?
I understand if your frustrated with ho Protokinetix was run before CSmith took over but he has taken control of this and turned it around.
