There is lot of mistrust. They have been saying NRE NRE, but yet to produce a prototype.

Their actions say the core technology is proving to be difficult at best. This is why they started this path down of acquiring... You only do that if that is the better ROI than to develop your own product.

There is no transparency and the Agora folks eat it up with their dot connections.
