I can understand that it is pretty difficult for them. On one hand they try to set up the company in stealth mode because influencer marketing is a very competitive business. On the other hand they want to create a higher stock price because buying companies as a start up via stock will dilute shares less at a higher stockprice then a lower(which is obvious).
