The company has previously announced a Tender Offer to acquire up to 2,000,000,000 of its company common shares at price of $0.0001 to $0.01 per share. The company has extended the offer until September 30, 2016. LOL this has been 3 years I think now since first proposed and still no go, Frank is such a POS as is WNTR, still waiting on 2 divies promised from way back when and the 1 we did get has sat in my acct untrade able for years
