You realize that CJTF's current market value is $335K.

If someone was foolish enough to invest $2M in Fred's dirt mine, shouldn't that investor insist to receive at least 49% of CJTF shares ? That's what happen when you put $2M in something worth $0.33M.

The hapless shareholders would be diluted all over again. But they are used to it.

Remember early this year when Fred was stating that "production has started" and CJTF "should reach break-even by mid-fall" ?
Those were all bold-faced lies.
