Yes I know what a form3 is. It usually represents the "opening" of an insider status as you said. It usually is blank and doesn't show any transactions at least not for most form3's I ever saw since for this you have a form4, usually (as I saw it over the years) there is a form3 filed and then a form4 follows but maybe they included that in this form3. No idea.

What you are saying is that the 270k purchase and the table2 (options) have nothing to do with each other? Ok but if that is the case why does it not show when and at which price these 270k were bought? Without a form4 showing exactly this nobody can draw a picture IMO. But maybe I'm overlooking something, I just don't see any details which you usually get.
