$TURV GCP 1 Warehouse Investor Update 11/15/16

Our crews are putting the finishing touches on the offices and ADA handicap parking for the warehouse building of GCP1, for attaining a permanent Certificate of Occupancy for the warehouse to go along with the recent certificate of occupancy granted for the GCP1 greenhouse.

We are anticipating that all finals and inspections will be done within the next 7 to 10 days and in time for the next licensed GrowCo tenant which we are anticipating will be moving into the facility by the end of November or early December.

We are anticipating that the main greenhouse crew will be back to work on the GCP2 greenhouse early to middle of next week.
