Does anyone know what the hold up is with the remaining preferred shares?

The Company anticipates that the redemption of the 44,345 remaining issued and outstanding Series B Preferred Shares and the 46,092 remaining issued and outstanding Series D Preferred Shares will be completed prior to the end of the Company’s current fiscal year.
