This statement is one of concern discovered in my DD of the company and it's directors.

Bankruptcies To the best of the Company’s knowledge, no Proposed Director has, within ten years before the date of this Information Circular been a director or executive officer of any company that, while the Proposed Director was acting as a director or executive officer, became bankrupt, made a proposal under any legislation relating to bankruptcy or insolvency, or was subject to, or instituted, any proceedings, arrangement, or compromise with creditors, or had a receiver or receiver manger or trustee appointed to hold the company’s assets. So that above statement by the company is not entirely correct. Mr. Pakulis was involved in a unapproved bankruptcy that was closed in 2010, much less than 10 years ago!
