I was greatly confused on the day trade concept plzzz help me on this...

Question 1 : if i want to day trade 3 or less securities in a week do i want to have 25k margin requirement ???

Question 2 : can i do day trade in cash account or should i need margin account ??


Question 3 : i heard trade king allows to day trade 3 or les securities without 25 k requirement is it true ?
