3. However, if we look at the volume for the past two months you will see more than 637M, so there has been accumulation and not just conversions/dilution:

4. ICNM incurred the expense to PR this week the fact that they received the SEC codes to be able to update the market with material events (i.e. 8K). I initially found the PR unusual but if you think about it, 8Ks are important and can be used to communicate value-adding events such as acquisitions.

5. ICNM's PRs mentioned that they will be pursuing acquisitions and their social media posts about 5G infrastructure concepts are abundant. The SEC codes will allow them to communicate such acquisitions even though they are not fully reporting yet. Was the PR this week trying to hint at something coming?

6. The increase in the a/s could be used as an interim measure to facilitate share-based acquisitions, and not just for conversions/dilution, in the meantime until the audits are completed. Once the audits are completed and the form 10 is filed, ICNM can then provide the transparency that will help obtain external investments to support further acquisitions in the future.
