This is not management's first rodeo, in fact, Eddie Gray, the CEO, was previously at GSK as President of Pharmaceuticals in Europe. I think the questions raised by the FDA (made public by the company) are relatively easy to solve. The real question mark relates to the FDA's approach to a hypothetical resubmission. People are hoping for a more streamlined, clear review process.
