I think it changed course for two reasons - 1) the FX study failed and the CX study is a long ways away and 2) it seems the therapy works best on the most extreme cases but more importantly it worked on a patient with atopic dermatitis while other therapies didn't, and we have two more patients to follow up.
Now we just need a partner or a complete buyout.
