Resell/Private Label: During the period, the Company entered into an agreement with Nate's Food Co. to be the exclusive online distributor of products under the brand Nate's Homemade. The products were available under the Company's website www.nateshomemadestore.com. The Company terminated its relationship as online distributor for Nate's Food Co. and closed the online store on November
20, 2015.



Both OPMZ and NHMD (Nate's Homemade) are Wade/Billington scams. Nice to see them in "business" together lol.

The business of fleecing the public for every plum nickel they can.
