The decision still has to be written into law and the government moves at the speed of.......government! Bureaucrats are afraid of making a mistake so will move slowly and cautiously as they write the regs and laws. Patience will pay off and we are locked onto one of the biggest markets in the world (California) which will also take time to legislate. Tinley is doing it right by going after the pharma pot marketplace because that spells quality. The Hemplify vitality booster drink will also be picked up by marijuana pharmacies and when we get a THC Hemplify or Tinley 27 these will follow their way onto the shelves imho. The big rec market is at least a year out imo in California but worth waiting for. In the meantime we can produce some THC infused drinks to satisfy the legal pharma market.
