Hey Diamond Dave..... how does it feel to work hard on developing and building the EPXY format.....use the shareholders money.....and go OOOOOPS I forgot a sales and marketing plan after the fact? You feeling the burn like all those other shareholders you took down? I hope it stings your pocket book as well. How you could be allowed to go through all this and not have someone say HOLD UP ONE SECOND THERE DAVEY BOY... Where is the most important element to starting a business and going public...WHERE'S THE DAMN PLAN??? Why didn't anyone around or near you stop you from moving one inch before that plan was in place. Very strange
