Which leads to the next question: What happened at annual meeting, although, I suspect, given the nature of stock structure, voting structure, and holdings of those at the top of the pyramid, they rolled over every objection and authorized more shares, etc, plus reelected everyone in sight.
On that note, why is the former CEO/President still one the board and what, precisely, is his function? Once removed and replaced by Mir, why was he kept on?
