Usually quotes like this yield something not long thereafter. He wouldn't even mention it in that way unless he knows its 99% a done deal.

The question of course is .... who is it ... and will we get the name ..... and what is the nature of the "term sheet" ? The players in this field can range from the behemoth to boutique niche. So we wait ........
