Some simple math, all taken only from the latest 10Q:

"Common stock, $.0001 par value, 900,000,000 shares authorized,
107,026,665 and 101,503,333 shares issued and outstanding at
May 31, 2016 and August 31, 2015, respectively"

Conclusion: in these 9 months 5,523,332 new shares were issued.

"During the nine month ended May 31st, 2016 the company issued to service providers 1,290,000 shares.

Conclusion: 4,233,332 new shares were issued for financing purposes. How much money was raised?

"Proceeds from sale of common stock (August 31,2015 to May 31,2016): $94,000"

Conclusion: The company raised $94,000 at a price of $0.022 to investors in the last 9 months ended in 31 May, 2016.

Read again - that's 2 cents per share.
This is the price real investors were willing to pay for the stock, and more important - the price for which the company was willing to sell.

And you think that 80 cents is a bargain???

My English may be broken (indeed, I am not a native speaker), but hell, I do know some simple math.
