I'm not bashing but this isn't looking as good is it was a few weeks ago. It's still to far up in the air as if commons will survive or not but the fact the the people who are fighting for our survival have been let go isn't a good sign:(. The only thing I hope for now is that there is still people involved who care about us . It's strange because usually judges in bk cases have some love for current shareholders I sure hope this one does :)).
