"Mr. Sobel"? LOL!

Have you attempted to contact Mr. Sobel? I think you might be surprised by what you learn...

Mr. Sobel's only association with MMHC was through Stephen Jones and the US Virgin Islands plans. And although MMHC continues to claim that Stephen Jones is its president, treasurer, and director (see the Nevada SOS page), other corporate statements have clarified that any ties to Jones and the USVI venture have been "rescinded".

I do not understand why Sobel has continued to allow his name to be used by MMHC on the OTC Company Profile. Seems to me that he is opening himself to lawsuits alleging complicity -- and his pockets are likely to be far deeper than MMHC's.

Nor can I fathom why MMHC would continue maintain that he is company President -- in direct contradiction to its Nevada SOS filing. As far as I can tell, neither list of officers is remotely correct.

According to its own statement, MMHC is no longer in the cannabis business, and I urge you to contact Sobel if your beliefs about his involvement play any role in your investment here. Caveat emptor...
