I acquired my position on 6/23/14 and it went on to bankruptcy soon after. I bought in the 000's. Since they have sold other pieces of the company I don't think it's a matter of waiting for the bankruptcy to end. I think it's about finding a good solution that makes sense to all parties involved. Our shares could sit for any amount of time which could mean forever if a interest in the NOL'S and PATENTS don't come. Once again the deal has to make sense. I have watched the paperwork through the site I gave you and most of the creditors have been made whole which is why I do believe some offer will be made. By selling the company in pieces it allowed them to get more value for the company and it got the other pieces out from under the shareholders. I'm watching this process very closely and I'm sure other more savvy shareholders are too to make sure their shady business dealings are done legally. They have to walk a fine line unless the shareholders come away happy.
