Than this will be the precedent for frivolous fishing expeditions. The complaint is insane in that it repeats and is just so long at 400-500 pages I can't even fault Ihub for throwing their hands up and giving in. Even the Motion to Dismiss is long maybe 35 pages. I don't know if Ihub had the time to read either. Moral of the story if you inundate with paper companies seem to give in.
