Hay, Alan, I can guarantee you that you won't see any share distribution of NTGL shares to NTEK shareholders.

Guaranteed.

Because it's ILLEGAL. It would require, at a minimum, BOTH 2+ years of audits of parent NTEK plus NTGL, AND an S-1 filed by NTGL that is allowed to go effective by the SEC.

None of which will happen.

In fact, NTGL is ineligible to file an S-1 that could go effective, as it has no officers, no directors, no physical address, no employees, and no business operations - plus it's now very delinquent in filing 'financials' which is yett another problem.

So, if you gett any 'news' on NTGL share distribution - it will either be badd news or simply more lies from DaFoleys.
