these tiers mean something and to place ur company on an acceptable tier that is on a website followed by many others looking for some confidence to become a stockholder, this is favorable to me. ??????

One more thing---They don't "receive" the QB designation---They can buy it while being current in their filings.

Fwdg would have to stay over one penny to even be eligible for the OTCQB--
