Every shareholder should be impressed with the fact that QMC has been funded at .12 cents w/50% warrant coverage at .15 for 1.9mil+ over a time when the stock has traded between roughly 7-10 cents.

Thats a PREMIUM TO MARKET OF 20% to 71% which equates to a huge statement of confidence from funders willing to give us 1.9mil+ and a LOC of 9.75 mil. w/ 12 cent FLOOR and no upper limit!!


I cant stress enough that Craig L. and Sri have brought us funding that I, in 30 years, Have NEVER SEEN in the OTC!

This is going to allow QMC to spend 100% of their focus on selling product without having to worry about where the cash will come from.

S-1 filing and subsequent approval is step one in the process of moving forward to the Nasdaq which is still the ultimate destination.
