All buys being made up because no one is getting filled at .0001 as the bid is collapsing. A few have bailed at .0001 realizing it's going to no bid by .0001. Then ACTL can dump more .0001's into the market. Absolutely no one will risk paying .0002 for this POS. ROTFLMAO
