To All CMKM/NHHI Shareholders:

The criminal trial scheduled for November 7, 2016 has again been delayed by the USDOJ to allow criminal defendants more time to prepare for a complex trial, and for several other reasons listed by the court. The new court date is set for May 23, 2017.
