Gee, if only someone had warned people sooner.

The SEC can't enforce every OTC scam out there they don't have the resources and it's whatever for them. Only the really blatant ones get suspended, then when trading resumes in 10 days a bunch of noobs explain it away and buy anyways.

That's just the way it is.
