In 2009 it was an oil and gas stock with a great future, sitting on leases with a proven 1 billion dollars in oil and gas leases and a drilled well. But in 2010 the price of Nat gas fell to 1/2 of the price they needed (to break even) to get a pipeline built and run to the well site and the well leases were lost, sad story of what could have been. The new CEO bought/took over the firm, paid off the old debt and did a R/S-R/M take over that turned it into a viable biotech and saved the company. IMHO he has a done a very good job of bringing this one along. I have been in two prior OTC biotechs that started out like this one that moved up to the big boards, and one went from .001 before the R/M (where STLT was at ) to over $18/share where I think STLT could get one day.
