Pstats, read the latest 8K... Andalay settled a lawsuit with
Tarpon LLC and paid them off with millions of shares of stock.
The minute this was announced, millions of shares are now for sale...

We are left to put 2 and 2 together, but to me it looks like
Tarpon is trying to recover their money by dumping all of the awarded shares....

The 8K (deliberately) omits the total number of shares "paid" to
Tarpon but says that Tarpon will not beneficially own more than 10% of the controlling stock...

If the authorized float is 10 billion this could mean that
tarpon was awarded up to 1 billion shares...

Again the 8K does not clarify that....
But well over 100 million has sold since this announcement...
and the price has done nothing but go down further..
