So HERB could still take care of sales and marketing abroad. Which requires liquidity. I don't know if this is a long shot or soon to become reality. But it does seem that Inner Mongolia has the largest plantations in the world. And the joint venture might not be completely dead since the asset swap.
I bet ya, the Marijuana chasers don't know about this one.
