It appears FINRA is taking their time with the symbol and name change here. I've seen it take anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months to get a name/symbol change done so who knows when we should expect it.

I assume they filed around Oct 18th, so next week will be 1 month since they submitted it. From what I've seen it's pretty rare for a name/symbol change not to be approved by FINRA, though it does happen from time to time.

In connection with this agreement, Smoofi intends to file an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation to change its name to "NuLife Sciences, Inc." and will request FINRA's approval of the name change and change of its ticker symbol and Cusip number. Ticker symbol and Cusip number will be announced once approved and assigned.
