What's your point? Pink sheets are corrupt? Duh.

But they make money and move ticker prices by offering and disclosing news.

People buy based on news and potential.

The pink sheet market can also get fickle when the CEO fails to deliver repeatedly.

My point was...Bob wants to capitalize on the MMJ sector momentum. He has promised news since July, and yet he provided NOTHING! He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. Are those things likely to help the cause?

I have owned enough of these companies to understand the "nature" of the market. But it is a profitable market for all parties when the CEO does his job.
