I live in Shreveport; and drive by Elio everyday.

General Motors shut this plant down several years ago; devastating this area with
a loss of about 800 jobs, and a huge negative-impact on the local economy.






Elio was supposed to resurrect our area by bringing that plant back to life in 2014..they made a lot of promises,
of which "None" have come about..

Nothing has happened so far; I literally live within a mile of that plant, south of Interstate 20
on the west side of Shreveport.

The street its on is the "Bert Kouns Industrial Loop". Google it!!
