Folder Options - - It still wasn't working for me ...SO I tried this:
It appears that you need to get to the Folder Options Properties from the Tools item
on a folder's Menu command bar but only AFTER you set that folder up the way you want ALL folders to be set up...
THEN click the Apply to Folders button...
(I sure hope that does it...I can be obtuse when it comes to Window's binary operation stuff)
