I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me what preferences I need to set in order to always have New folders
(that I create) open with their view set to Details instead of Icons...
There must be a check box somewhere to set all folder's view mode automatically to "Details"...
Ever since reloading Windows O/S last month, all folders open with all the contents as icons.
Even after resetting them to Details view they will revert back to icons the next time the folder is opened.
B4 the reload I never had this problem, all folders always opened with Details view...
I create a lot of folders every day...(I use the "Classic" desktop and Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit)
