Because the company chased off all the investors. The idiots even promoted the company here on iHub for 2 months with the same PR that was a lie a bout a loan from Chase Financial that was part of an apparent boiler room tactic to dump shares on the market. It appears to of been corrodinated by their marketing manager Thomas Feight who was permanentaly disbarred as a broker years ago for pulling the same exact crap right down to paying a company in shares to say they forcast the stock to hit $4.

But that ihub promo made them the laughing stock of ihub and now no one wants to go anywhere near them. Most of their PR's since June have contained lies, misleading information, and fluff garbage we as traders in the pink sheets read every single friggin day and the screwed up part is they think they're slick. Bunch of loser, compulsive, greedy, terrible liars if you want my opinion and all they apparently have planned is to dump the 100 million shares authorized on the market to pay for their start up and line their pockets then odds are they go dark and deregister. All my opinion but followed these morons like an idiot for over a year.
