Do the independents auditors still feel that the company will be "unable to continue as a going concern" or has that changed too? You take a stock that was basically worthless, dilute it to nothing, then all of a sudden it has value again because this Ketner guy is dusted off? Looks like a desperation pump so the principals can skin another round of hapless investors like they did they first go round.
