The management of this company does not know what they are doing. All they know how to do is issue options to one another hoping for one of 2 things. 1. Fairy Godmother shows up and moves the market for them 2. they get acquired. We know number 1 is not going to happen so lets look at option number 2. Who would acquire them? In what space and manner would this company be an acquisition target. They have licensed out the only asset they have and their pipeline is a dream which they hope will happen. What are their plans to get anything financed. But seriously what is management doing with their days?
