I am not suggesting that people with CD's would cash them out and endure a penalty. Now THAT is ridiculous.

But with competing bank branches right around the corner from a WFC location--the location argument does not hold up either.

If you are someone who did not have an account opened up fraudulently, maybe you just ignore the scandal.

But there will ALWAYS be people that are disgusted by what some of these banks get away with and it is up to the public to penalize the business. Unfortunately, the shareholders suffer. When it should be Stumpf and crew.
