I think the deadline should be mid november. If the delay is longer than 6 months, I think the OTC status might go from "limited information" to "no information" although I'm not sure. But they were in a hurry to file the 10-K within 6 months as well. If the descriptive part is the problem then they should be able to make it. We might get the Q1 and Q2 report simultaneously. But as I said before, they will be irrelevant. I want to know how much money they made in Q3. Let's see what happens.
