I have no questions or concerns. They announced a Definitive Letter of Intent to acquire Satic USA. No 8K is required until it's really real.

We weren't informed of dates within the Letter.

I don't waste time worrying about when. I monitor the board while I pursue active trade opportunities.

Transition guy or not, not filing an 8K with that latest PR does nothing but raise more questions. It goes along the lines that Pope is full of BS, that his PR's with a significant and material change in the companies outlook can be taken as seriously as his spare bedroom corporate office.
