It isn't a TCA problem - they loaned the money to TSGL. TCA didn't spend 6 months Researching TSGL and LTNC.

My guess is that this is the first time you have seen toxic funding from TCA. It will get ugly pretty quickly as Kimmy defaults on the loan.

The loan was a related party transaction.
