-- but before we go any further, you can check out EFFI's foray into California too, via a 3 year partnership with an LA County MMJ growhouse - as well as their plans to replicate this in any State via their newly formed Red Light Gardening Solutions divison - in the 'California Dreaming' DD that gives you this info:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=126340464
-But back to Florida, the nations third most populous State, and if they pass MMJ it could be the only State in the South with anykind of legal MJ or MMJ (Arkansas is too hard to call right now with their election). You can see this clearly at Leafly.com's U.S. MJ map:
https://www.leafly.com/news/politics/legalization-2016-america-votes
So i think its a huge deal for this Stock ticker, EFFI, to be the only public company that has MJ related brick and mortar businesses already in Florida -- or any business : which of course is huge for the Election. It has 2 stores right now open in Florida, that will directly benefit greatly if MMJ passes - one in Dania Beach and one if Miami. Check out their website, see the map where they are located, and click around the product tabs to see the hundreds of items they sell - many over $100:

So IF Florida passes the MJ vote - what stock logically then stands to benefit? EFFI clearly does. Even better, there is no division of this new money between 2, 10 or 50 others stocks doing business in Florida; this stock has an extreme advantage here that doesnt happen all the time, especially in such a hot market as MJ.
-Here is CEO John Morris on the election and doubling of same store growth that may happen if passed - and retail expansion:
"The acquisition of The Future Farms® brings with it decades old buying relationships with wholesale distribution companies allowing Efftec to rapidly expand its hydroponic retail locations throughout Florida in advance of the potential changes to Florida laws this November which are project to increase single store annual revenues to $1.5M-$2M USD."
...
"This step better positions The Future Farms® to take advantage of the expected near doubling in business based on Florida's vote this November. I look forward to leading our retail expansion efforts and to working with the Efftec team."

..and here he is saying more about the coming growth in Florida, and best of all that EFFI is now cash flow positive and no more toxic debt needed - (!):
"As previously announced, as a result of its recent acquisition of The Future Farms (www.thefuturefarms.com), a refreshed and relaunched business-to-consumer (B2C) eCommerce website platform is now available. In addition, Red Light Bakers, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, continues to receive repeat purchase orders from a Detroit-based customer for its high-intensity discharge (HID) grow lamps and the Company continues to implement its consumer branding strategy with a unique product line that includes Red Light Bakers, XE Lighting, Budz Grow Shades, Gro Shedz personal grow systems as well as other products currently in development.
Based on these developments, the Company now expects business to accelerate quickly as the State of Florida enters one of its primary growing seasons. Dr. John Morris, CEO of Efftec International, Inc. noted, "We are very pleased and excited to be working with Regions Bank as they see our business growing profitably by extending business credit. In addition, we will not have to tap the equity markets for any toxic financing based on the amount of credit we were provided. We are now cash flow positive and see no need for additional financing in the short term. We continue to look for accretive acquisitions that would increase our return on investment to our shareholders."

...all this and again, lol, im not mentioning their new HempStart line of goods that they just brought to market in the Midwest as will delve into that later after the craziness of the MJ elections are over. So if you can find a better MJ stock all around then this SS, products, online as well as brick and mortar-Hemp with a new Hemp line out in grocery stores-no new debt-cash flow positive-minimal comparative existing debt-California and Florida business ventures -- let me know, cause to me it doesn't get more obvious of a buy, then EFFI.
Let's go Florida!
