Ultimately this may work to the company's advantage because they will get the opportunity to prove to the markets that Insultex does have the superior performance that the advertised specs show. The company invested a lot of time and money to have the product tested properly and they do have the test results to back up their claims. The company also seems to know that the complaint was based on incorrect testing methods using the wrong equipment, as stated in the 8-K filed on Friday.
