Who says the float is well bellow a million shares ..even OTC report 4 million float shares and they are dead wrong......no one knows what the share structure is right now........got to wait until the company files all the missing quarters ..........don't know when that will be.....Your guy seems to have been wet behind the ears............. You might want to try and contact the Transfer Agent and see if they will tell you what the float is....
