I think when Kim returns he will have several interesting updates on Tom's Corner - who knows but I believe there will be many changes.

I suspect he has his own team in place - and I don't think they care about what is posted on iHub. It is my belief they have their own agenda to build a company and have the money and experience to do whatever is needed to be successful.

I am not a huge fan of MMJ companies as most know from my posts - and I think the press release stated, "has agreed in principle to become part of the NGCG Holding company" - will the financial backers think this is a good deal and support it - I don't know.

As I stated Kim has his own group of advisors and I have extricated myself from NGCG - I am still not a shareholder but might be in the near future.

I ask all of the Kim detractors to bring forward and post all of their DD to prove he is scamming investors or has ever participated in a OTCM scam. Otherwise is is just white noise that is meaningless.

I also ask all of those that were Ross and Ruppert supporters the question - why attack Kim but support a serial scammer like Ross? That is very odd to me.
