Dear RRPL and others with problems in Industrial Nanotech
You should immediately contact the State of Florida Attorney General's office. You can file a complaint at:
http://www.myfloridalegal.com/pages.nsf/Main/E3EB45228E9229DD85257B05006E32EC
or
http://myfloridalegal.com/contact.nsf/contact?Open&Section=Attorney_General
or write to the: Office of Attorney General, State of Florida,The Capitol, PL-01,Tallahassee, FL 32399-1050, USA
Please make sure to include full documentation including correspondance, evidence that you have sent money and the agreement you had with Industrial Nanotech. The Attorney General's office has already been contacted by other companies that have dealt with this company and already has an active file. The Attorney General's office is a governmental agency and has the legal power to assist you.
You should also contact the Better Business Bureau. Other individuals that have sent money without receiving any product were able to obtain refunds through them:

There is no cost whatsover to have both the Florida Attorney's office or the Better Business Bureau to assist you. While both can assist you only the Attorney General's office has legal authority to force a settlement.
You should not delay since Industrial Nanotech shows very high financial losses compared to very small sales and if they file bankruptcy you will lose all or most of your money.
