Much better humor really everywhere other than the board referenced.

There is little I can or will do to extract an answer to "why the delay?" from my management contacts. I don't even ask about things like this for obvious reasons.

But think about it. What are the possible reasons for a delay? Most obvious to me is to iron out particulars and nail something down. There are other possibilities of course.
